On the morning of Saturday 23/12 (not too many people present) we were victims of the theft of our stroller, a women's jacket and children's accessories, which were positioned near the reception. You let in a man (who didn't even have children with him) and authorized him to wander inside the Park, this man, after having taken possession of our things, left the park in complete nonchalance. Thank you for the beautiful Christmas gift you gave us. Luckily the stranger took objects and not a child. We have filed a complaint and hope that something will be found out.

Really very nice place to organize birthdays but not only. There are 6 rooms used specifically for various children's birthdays. There are both areas dedicated to children from 0 to 36 months and those for older children.

The place itself is very nice and interesting. Unique in the panorama of Parma. But...two big flaws: 1) parents can walk everywhere with shoes. This means that everything unhygienic that I step on outside I bring inside... it doesn't matter if the children are without them in their games... if they then step on where the adults walk, it's of no use. The obligation to wear shoes would be enough (as happens everywhere in Europe in similar places) for those who do not want to take off their shoes. 2) in a place dedicated to children, the consumption of alcohol at birthday parties (obviously by adults) should not be allowed, even if brought from home. Bad example for children. For the rest, a nice place where children have a lot of fun. Absolutely fair entry price. Once the things listed are resolved it becomes five stars.

Truly beautiful place! Already at the entrance so much courtesy and smiles, then you look inside and you see inflatables, structures, games, everything and more. There is also an elevated bar where you can relax while the children play and be able to keep an eye on them from above. Clean and well kept place. What to want more? For sure we will be back!

Great place for winter and mid-season birthdays. Good "all inclusive" offer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean place with good choice of inflatables. Suitable for all ages. In general the prices are a little high, but the quality of the food is good and the time available is more than enough for a nice party. The only negative note is that the bathrooms do not close and are definitely insufficient in number when the flow of people is high.
